Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Theodore W. Stenuf, Esq., dated December 9, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to December 23, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 3, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
