This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. On April 5, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, advising that respondent's counsel was unable to reach petitioners regarding their position. Respondent's motion also noted that in their Amended Petition, filed November 22, 2021, petitioners elected to have this case conducted under the small tax case designation. On April 6, 2022, the Court also attempted and failed to reach petitioners. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall delete the letter "S" from the docket number and other records of the Court in this case and process this case to trial or other disposition according to the regular procedure of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed April 5, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session, and continued generally.
