DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Gina Champagne for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 2, 2010, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 22, 2009, and for poor person relief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 10, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
