Appeal by plaintiff from so much of a judgment rendered on the account of defendant for rents and profits of a parcel of realty, of which plaintiff has been adjudged to be the owner, as allows to defendant, in whose name title had been held, a credit of $5,000 claimed to have been paid in reduction or satisfaction of a first mortgage. Judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
