Bruce T. SHOCKLEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.

Natalie H. Hoge, for Appellant. Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Natalie H. Hoge, for Appellant.

Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Before Division One: Thomas H. Newton, Presiding Judge, Victor C. Howard, Judge and Karen King Mitchell, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Bruce Shockley appeals the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. In his sole point on appeal, he claims the evidence showed that if his counsel had investigated and presented relevant evidence that there is a reasonable probability the outcome of his case would have been different. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
