Before Division Two: Karen King Mitchell, P.J., Edward R. Ardini, Jr. and Thomas N. Chapman, JJ.

ORDER

Per Curiam: Derrick Shockley appeals the Cole County Circuit Court's grant of judgment on the pleadings in favor of the Missouri Department of Corrections on Shockley's petition for declaratory judgment. Shockley sought a declaration that sections 556.061 and 558.019 in effect at the time of his offense did not require him to serve 85 percent of his 30-year sentence for first degree assault of a law enforcement officer before parole eligibility. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
