GOOD CAUSE appearing, the opinion filed in the above entitled matter on December 9, 2008, is modified as follows:

On page 3, in the ninth line of the first paragraph, the phrase “and brand stars into her arm,” is deleted, so is replaced with: “and brand a star into her arm,”

No change in judgment.
