Upon due consideration of the record herein, and for cause, is is

ORDERED that the document filed September 20, 2022, at Docket Entry #6, as a Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel shall be recharacterized as a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that counsels' just-referenced motion to withdraw is granted, and Pedram Ben-Cohen and Mindy S. Meigs are withdrawn as counsel of record for petitioners.
