ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia.

On March 13, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that a basis of settlement has been reached, and the parties are awaiting signature of decision documents. Respondent has requested an additional sixty (60) days from the date of calendar call in which to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court.
