MEMORANDUM OPINION


This is an appeal from a judgment signed December 28, 2009. On March 3, 2010, this court referred the case to mediation. On June 1, 2010, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice because all issues have been settled. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motion is granted.

Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed with prejudice.
