Michael Shipley appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court dismissing with prejudice his petition against the City of Blue Springs based on the termination of his employment. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
