ORDER

This order disposes of four motions filed by appellant:

1. Appellant's Motion to Dismiss Appellee's Brief, filed November 10, 2017, is DENIED.

2. Appellant's Motion to Withdraw Reply Brief (1), filed November 10, 2017, is GRANTED. The document entitled "Reply Brief (1)," filed November 9, 2017, is STRICKEN.

3. Appellant's Motion for the Extension of Length of Appellant's Reply Brief by 22,673 words, filed November 12, 2017, is DENIED. The reply brief shall be limited to 7,500 words as provided by Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.4(i)(2)(C).

4. Appellant's Motion for Extension of Time for Filing Appellant's Reply Brief, filed November 13, 2017, is GRANTED until January 10, 2018.
