IT IS ORDERED that Citywide Testing and Inspection, Inc. be and is hereby GRANTED leave to file its Motion in Limine to Exclude Expert Testimony (Document No. 1067) and its Motion for Summary Judgment (Document No. 1069).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Third Party Plaintiff, Sewerage and Water Board's Motion to Expedite Hearing on Its Motion to Strike (Doc. 1074) and the underlying Motion to Strike are hereby DENIED as moot.
