Shimamoto v. SF Warehouses, Inc.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Dec 2, 1999
724 N.E.2d 763 (N.Y. 1999)

Opinion

Decided December 2, 1999

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal with respect to Simon, Meyrowitz, Meyrowitz Schlussel, SF Warehouses, Inc. and SJ Trucking Co., Inc., dismissed upon the ground that as to those parties the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal with respect to Eugene Friedman and Avi Fishof denied.
