ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served November 12, 2021, the case was stricken from the November 15, 2021, remote trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On December 15, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 50) informing the Court that respondent received from petitioner a signed decision document for this case and a stipulation of settled issues for petitioner's related case at docket No. 2562-18. Respondent further states that the proposed settlement for this case is contingent on the parties' resolution of the related case. Respondent is waiting for petitioner to return the signed decision document in the related case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
