These cases are calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session, which will be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On September 21, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate these cases. Later that day respondent also filed a Motion for Continuance. Petitioners do not object to the granting of either Motion. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Consolidate, filed September 21, 2021, is granted in that the cases at docket Nos. 13673-20, 13825-20, and 13856-20 are hereby consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed September 21, 2021, is granted, and these cases are stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session and are continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before December 22, 2021, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of these cases.

This order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
