STONE SHI, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served April 22, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file a proper amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. To date, petitioner has not complied with that Order.

However, on May 12, 2022, the Court filed a Letter by petitioner. Therein, petitioner advises that the Petition was filed in error and requests that the case be closed.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to file a proper amended petition and pay the Court's filing fee in this case, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Letter is recharacterized as petitioner's Status Report. It is further ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
