This case is calendared for trial at the March 20, 2023, Cincinnati, Ohio, Trial Session of the Court.

On February 9, 2023, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation (Index #14) and concurrently filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #15). Upon review of the parties' proposed stipulated decision document the Court noted the following error: (1) the preamble should read "Pursuant to the Stipulation". Accordingly, the Court will strike the Settlement Stipulation (Index #14) and the Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #15) from the record. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation (Index #14), filed on February 9, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED, that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #15), filed February 9, 2023, is stricken from the Court's record.
