ORDER

DIANA L. LEYDEN, SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 22, 2022, for cases in which Washington, DC, is the place of trial.

On January 11, 2022, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and scheduled this case for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's January 26, 2022, Washington D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.

On January 24, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report in which respondent represents that the requested information was received from the third parties Centra Health, Inc., Comprehensive Autism Partnership, Inc., and Lotus Wellness Center LLC. Consequently, respondent requests that the Court strike this for hearing from the Court's January 26, 2022, special hearing session, now that the requested information has been received. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the third parties Centra Health, Inc., Comprehensive Autism Partnership, Inc., and Lotus Wellness Center LLC, that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for January 26, 2022, is no longer necessary.
