Defendant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on September 4, 2013 (appeal No. 1), January 17, 2014 (appeal No. 2), February 3, 2014 (appeal No. 3), and February 11, 2014 (appeal No. 4), and defendant having moved and attorney for the child having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect their appeals taken from the order entered September 4, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Spencer L. Durland, Esq., dated April 25, 2014, the affirmation of Kelly M. Corbett, Esq., dated April 29, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that defendant's motion is granted insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are granted insofar as they seek an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the order entered September 4, 2013, and defendant and attorney for the child shall perfect those appeals on or before August 11, 2014, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, those appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that defendant's motion is otherwise dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [f]).
