The attorney for the child having moved for permission to file a late notice of appeal from an order of the Family Court, Lewis County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on June 21, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Scott Otis, Esq., filed January 20, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as unnecessary (see Matter of Kquamere R. and Syria W., 2012 WL 653524).
