GEORGIANNA SHEPARD, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On February 17, 2023, respondent filed a status report in this case providing the Court with a final copy of Settlement Officer Christopher White's Supplemental Notice of Determination and a description of the supplemental Collection Due Process hearing that was held between petitioner and the Settlement Officer. On June 6, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report which states that respondent is preparing a Motion for Summary Judgment to file in this case. Respondent would like additional time to confirm with the Settlement Officer, Mr. White, that she has all of the documents that she relied upon when making his determination in the supplemental collection due process hearing. Respondent informs the Court that Settlement Officer, Mr. White, will be out of the office until June 20, 2023.

Upon considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before August 7, 2023, respondent shall file a proposed stipulated decision, a status report, or any appropriate motion respondent deems necessary.
