This case was set on the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco, California, on October 11, 2022. This case was called and recalled from the calendar on October 11, 2022. Petitioner, Judy Alicia Shepard-Hall, appeared and was heard. Petitioner Randy S. Hall did not appear. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Petitioner Shepard-Hall made an oral motion for continuance. Respondent objected. Petitioner Shepard-Hall stated that she would need approximately six weeks to gather documents she believed would support her case and that she would provide those to respondent. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that Petitioner's Oral Motion for Continuance, is granted. It is further ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 1, 2022, petitioner shall provide respondent with the redacted documents. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 12, 2022, the parties shall file separate Status Reports informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
