Application for leave to appeal from the Criminal Court of Baltimore (CARDIN, J.).

George Nick Shenberger instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before PRESCOTT, C.J., and HAMMOND, MARBURY, OPPENHEIMER and McWILLIAMS, JJ.


For the reasons set forth in Judge Cardin's opinion below, as well as petitioner's failure to comply with Maryland Rule BK 46 b, the petition for leave to appeal must be denied.
