ORDER
PER CURIAM
Ranisha Shelton ("Appellant") appeals from the Circuit Court of St. Louis County’s judgment, dismissing, without prejudice, her medical malpractice suit against Lisa Armbruster, M.D. ("Dr. Armbruster"); Melvyn Goldberg, M.D. ("Dr. Goldberg"); and Fast Track Medical, L.L.C. ("Fast Track") (collectively "Respondents"), on November 13, 2018. The court dismissed the lawsuit because of Appellant’s failure to comply with the requirements of Section 538.225 RSMo., specifically the failure to timely file an affidavit containing the opinion of a legally qualified health care professional. Appellant originally filed her petition on December 19, 2016, but voluntarily dismissed that petition after failing to file the required affidavit.
We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
