AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 113.1sufficiency of evidence in collision case. In action for damages sustained when plaintiff's loaded gasoline transport truck collided with defendant's truck at an intersection, wherein driver of each truck claimed that other driver was at fault and defendant filed cross complaint alleging that its truck was damaged through plaintiff's negligence, evidence supported verdict and judgment for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kane county; the Hon. CHARLES A. O'CONNOR, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1948.
