TO THE HONORABLE FIFTH COURT OF APPEAL AND HONORABLE TRIAL JUDGE:
Appellant is in receipt of Judge's findings of fact and conclusions of law, filed on June 5 2020. Pursuant to rule 298 of TRCP, appellant wishes to make the following requests for additional findings of fact and conclusions of law:
1. What evidence did the honorable trial court rely upon to determine that Appellant was a practicing secular "mental health services provider"?
2. What evidence did the trial court rely upon to determine that Appellant and Appellee had any counseling relationship, especially as Appellee had admitted during the trial (RR Vol 2, 96-97). that no such relationship or agreement existed?
3. What evidence did the trial court rely upon to determine that Appellee was a member of Appellant's congregation?
4. On what basis was the amount of damages, punitive damages and attorneys' fees determined by the trial court?
