Decided January 12th, 1938.

Divorce — Abandonment.

That the husband voluntarily separated from the wife by leaving their home, and that he refused to resume cohabitation, without justification either in her consent or wrongful conduct by her, sustained a decree awarding the wife a divorce a mensa for abandonment and desertion.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Baltimore City (DENNIS, C.J.).

Bill by Helen Hamilton Sheets against Charles Russell Sheets. From a decree for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.
