DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal by Hertz Corporation (NJ) from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 13, 2019. The order granted a motion, in effect, by ACE American Insurance Co. to the extent of substituting ACE American Insurance Co. as defendant in the action and dismissing the action against Hertz Corporation (NJ).
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as Hertz Corporation (NJ) is not aggrieved by the order (see CPLR 5511).
