ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On April 24, 2023, petitioners filed three documents titled Exhibit(s) (Docs. 15, 16, and 17). By Order issued February 1, 2023, petitioners were advised that documents in the nature of evidence, such as the just-described documents, are properly presented to the Court at the trial of this matter. If petitioners seek to have respondent review and consider documents in an effort to reach a settlement in this case prior to trial, petitioners were further advised that they should provide those documents directly to respondent's counsel (rather than filing them with the Court), whose contact information is included in respondent's Answer to the petition, which was filed January 17, 2023.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Exhibit(s) (Docs. 15, 16, and 17), filed April 24, 2023, are stricken from the Court's record in this case.
