Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Andrew W. Goodell, Esq., sworn to June 5, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Peter D. Clark, Esq., sworn to June 10, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion to the extent that it seeks consolidation is granted, and the appeals from the orders entered October 17, 2014, and January 30, 2015, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
