Shaw v. Tague

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Jan 1, 1931
232 App. Div. 720 (N.Y. App. Div. 1931)

Opinion

January 1931.

Present — Sears, P.J., Crouch, Taylor, Edgcomb and Crosby, JJ.

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur except Edgcomb, J., who dissents and votes for reversal on the law upon the ground that there is no evidence from which the jury could say that the change in color of the plaintiff's hair was due to the accident.
