We REINSTATE this appeal.

We ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether appellant was entitled to court-appointed counsel in this appeal, and the trial court appointed Bruce Kaye. We therefore DIRECT the Clerk to list Bruce Kaye as appointed appellate counsel.

The clerk's record has been filed; the reporter's record was due May 5, 2018.
