Christopher Andrew Shaw was convicted of indecency with a child by exposure. Punishment was assessed at ten years' imprisonment, probated for eight years. We have adopted the trial court's finding that appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal. Neither the clerk's nor the reporter's records have been filed.
