Order granting plaintiff's motion for an allowance for counsel fee and disbursements to prosecute an appeal from an order denying her motion for counsel fee and alimony pendente lite in an action for separation, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the said counsel fee and disbursements to be paid within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
