PRESENT: , P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, PERADOTTO, AND CARNI, JJ.

Respondent-respondent Katie May Seals-Owens having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 11, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Katie Mae Seals, sworn to March 4, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Linda M. Campbell, Esq., 333 East Onondaga Street, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 13, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
