IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Defendant, PROGRESSIVE DIRECT INSURANCE COMPANY, by and through her attorneys, RYAN L. DENNET, ESQ the law firm of DENNETT WINSPEAR and Plaintiff, ELIZABETH A. SCHWARTZ, P.C., that the above captioned action and any and all claims asserted by Plaintiff in her Complaint against Defendant, in said captioned action are hereby dismissed without prejudice. Each party is to bear their own attorneys' fees, interest and Cost .

Pursuant to the Stipulation of Dismissal of the parties hereto, that the above captioned action and any and all claims asserted by Plaintiff in her Complaint against Defendant, ELIZABETH A.
