This matter is before the Court on petitioner Michael H. Shaut's Motion to Reopen the Record (Doc. 40), filed July 1, 2024. Mr. Shaut seeks to admit exhibits 15-P and 16-P into evidence. For the reasons set forth in respondent's Response to Petitioner's Motion to Reopen the Record (Doc. 43), we will deny the Motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Reopen the Record (Doc. 40) is denied.
