An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about August 2, 2019, And respondent-appellant/petitioner-appellant, Kim N. M., having moved for a stay of enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition appellant perfects the appeal for the February 2020 Term, with no further extensions to be granted, and without prejudice to the father making an application to the Family Court for a temporary order of visitation.
