An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 20, 2023,

And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal (Motion No. 2024-01598), And defendants-respondents having cross-moved for sanctions and related relief against plaintiff for allegedly filing a frivolous motion (Motion No. 2024-01783), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to the September 2024 Term of this Court (Motion No. 2024-01598), and

It is further ordered that defendants-respondents cross-motion for sanctions and related relief is denied (Motion No. 2024-01783).
