Appellant's brief filed September 20, 2023, states the name of the victim, who was a minor, repeatedly throughout the brief. Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(a) provides that sensitive data that may not be included in papers filed with the Court include "the name of any person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed." Tex.R.App.P. 9.10(a)(3). Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed September 20, 2023, and we order appellant to file on or before OCTOBER 17, 2023, an amended brief referring to the victim and any other person who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms, such as victim, complainant, etc.
