Robert Sharp, Petitioner, v. State of Florida, Respondent.

Robert Sharp, pro se, Petitioner. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus-Original Jurisdiction.

Robert Sharp, pro se, Petitioner.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM.

In this mandamus petition, docketed January 25, 2021, Petitioner seeks review of the "Order on Defendant's Motion to Withdraw Plea" rendered June 18, 2019. Because this order is reviewable by plenary appeal, the Court treats the petition as a notice of appeal. However, as this appeal was not timely commenced, this cause is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b); Fla. R. App. P. 9.140(a).

B. L THOMAS, MK THOMAS, and LONG, JJ., concur
