CARY JASON SHARP, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge

This case is currently set for trial at the Court's January 17, 2023, Spokane, Washington trial session. On November 17, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report advising that petitioner signed and returned a stipulated decision document to Appeals. The report further stated that it appears the stipulated decision does not provide enough space for the Judge's signature. Attached thereto as Exhibit A is a copy of the stipulated decision executed by petitioner and respondent's counsel. After further review, there is sufficient space for the Judge's signature. We will recharacterize the Status Report as a "Proposed Stipulated Decision" for signature. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Status Report filed November 17, 2022, is recharacterized as a "Proposed Stipulated Decision".
