Sheryl L. Sharp Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was previously scheduled for the Court's May 18, 2020, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On June 21, 2021, the parties each filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and will need additional time to review the proposed decision document. The parties both request 30 days to file either decision documents or a joint status report in this case. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 28, 2021, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to then-present status of this case.
