ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the remote trial session of the Court which commenced at Burlington, Vermont on May 16, 2022.

On April 7, 2022, the Court issued an Order and Order to Show Cause requesting the parties show cause in writing why the Court should not dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction on the ground the petition was not timely filed. On May 3, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the orders. On June 30, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2017, and the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order To Show Cause, dated April 7, 2022, is discharged.
