ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

On April 3, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, on May 18, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and these cases were assigned to the undersigned judge. On September 30, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement for all issues in these cases. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the cases or stipulated decision documents.
