DEFENDANT'S UNOPPOSED REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME TO FILE RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR
REVERSAL AND/ OR REMAND (First Request)
COMES NOW Defendants, by and through Daniel G. Bogden, United States Attorney for the District of Nevada, and Carlos A. Gonzalez, Assistant United States Attorney, and respectfully moves for a eighteen (18) day extension of time to and including November 7, 2011 in which to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiffs' Motion for Reversal and/or Remand.
Undersigned counsel contacted Mr. Richard E. Donaldson, counsel for plaintiff to ascertain his position on our request. Mr. Donaldson indicated that he does not oppose the instant request for a eighteen (18) day extension of time.
Therefore, the Defendants respectfully request that this honorable Court grant an additional eighteen (18) day extension of time, up to and including November 7, 2011, to respond to Plaintiff's Motion.
