ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

By Order dated September 21, 2020, the Court granted petitioners' Motion for Continuance and, commencing on November 16, 2020, directed the parties to file status reports by that date and every 60 days thereafter. In their joint status report filed November 8, 2021, the parties advised that they could not settle with respondent's Office of Appeals. However, the parties continue to work together to attempt to resolve this case without a trial.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this Division of the Court no longer retains jurisdiction, and this case is restored to the Court's general docket for reassignment to the next Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial calendar. 1
