Pursuant to a conference call held with the parties on May 24, 2024, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the June 10, 2024, San Francisco, California, trial session of the Court and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before June 27, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then-current status of this case. Therein, the parties shall report on (1) the status of exchanging documents; (2) the status of drafting a stipulation of settled issues; and (3) if the petitioners intend to file a motion to change place of trial.
