For cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's unredacted petition, inadvertently filed as a Redacted Petition at Doc. 9 on January 27, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record and further is sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, as the record already contains an unredacted petition, which was filed to commence this case on December 28, 2022, petitioner's unredacted petition, filed at Doc. 11 on January 27, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record and further is sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
